I have rented from this host multiple times in the past without issue. Unfortunately, this most recent month-long rental ended with severe post-trip complications. Despite my adhering to her listed cleaning instructions, she filed exaggerated damage claims and false accusations with Turo following a disagreement. The case was resolved in my favor by Turo support, but the experience was highly stressful. I can no longer recommend this host, as I would hate for anyone else to face similar unfounded claims after their trip.
