Although the car was amazing. After the fact was horrible. The guys picking up the car was upset it wasn’t filled with gas but was told it would be paid through the app when the invoice was loaded. Now I’m being asked to make zelle payments off the app even after being advised by Turo customer support to disregard & no one will send receipts with time and date stamps. The guy also lied about the drop off saying I told him I did not but a friend smoked inside the car but thats not what he was told. He was told no one smoked in the car but rather in the car that was picking me up so It was on my jacket. Also told I didnt complete the license verification but that was completed. Please be careful when booking and being asked to pay invoices that arent approved through the app.
