Car smelled like cigarettes and weed.
Thank you for your feedback. I take cleanliness seriously and regularly use deep cleaning methods, including ozone treatment, to keep the car fresh. I’m sorry this was your experience.
Unfortunately, enforcing a strict no-smoking policy can be challenging, as there are limited consequences for guests who violate it. That said, I will continue taking extra steps to minimize any residual odors and provide a better experience for future guests.

I took one star off because I couldn’t connect my phone to CarPlay.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
