I'm very sorry it didn't meet your expectations, but I want to say that unusual noises from the braking system don't necessarily mean the brake pads are completely worn out. Sometimes it's just caused by foreign objects. I also want to emphasize that being a car owner isn't easy, and your three-star review has a significant impact on us. I hope you'll be more understanding in the future.

Car was clean and fueled when we recieved. Like other reviewer mentioned radio buttons dont work on center console. (This seems to be a Nissan issue as the same issue with the last Nissan we rented) Communication was great, and when the car's battery died around pick up time, the owner came to me to get it. (We happen to live in the same complex.) Friendly service. The car did its job, but definitely needs a tune up and possibly other repairs.
