Car & host was initially fine . But, when I returned car I was accused of being in a accident. Which that never occurred while l had the vehicle.
Thank you for your feedback. We always aim to provide a positive rental experience. To clarify, the vehicle was in your position at the time the damage occurred. When it was returned, our inspection show damage on the passenger side, fender door and rear bumper. Our intention was not to accuse, but simple to report the fact as a part of our responsibility to maintain the vehicle for a future guest. We appreciate your understanding. I wish you the best in the future rentals.
