Overall good experience but the car was not blue as originally advertised and I had to deal with filling up air in the tires after pick up
The client chose delivery to the train station, so I am unclear why there was a problem with the car pickup. He was informed that the wrap was damaged and had to be removed, which he appeared to understand, and had no problem. Additionally, he requested to keep the vehicle for a few extra hours past the return time. I explained that he needed to update the trip in the Turo app for insurance purposes, but he was displeased that the Turo would charge him for this extension.
