The car is pretty old I didn’t expect it to run like Brand new car but it did its job! The old key broke into the door handle, the driver side door handle came off as i was entering the vehicle.
The vehicle has completed over 25 prior rentals with no reported issues involving the driver’s door, key, or door handle. Following this trip, the key was returned broken and the exterior driver’s door handle was detached. Based on my inspection and my 10 years of experience as a certified mechanic, this type of damage is consistent with the application of significant force and is not typical of normal vehicle use.
