I would not book this car ever again! The host failed to inform us of a parking fee when picking the vehicle up, the host also lied to Turo and told them they never agreed to us replacing the tire after we had a flat on the road due to the tires inside being completely shredded, which the host should’ve got new tires before renting the car out. Also, the steering wheel was not only stiff, but moved unpredictably on the highway and was difficult to operate at times. This is not a safe vehicle and not good for long distance. Worst experience on Turo ever.

The vehicle pickup process was smooth; however, our experience quickly declined once we entered and began driving the car. There was a strong and persistent smoke odor inside the vehicle, which was immediately noticeable.
Due to the urgency of our trip for a funeral, we reserved a vehicle within our budget on short notice. Unfortunately, the condition of this vehicle was not acceptable, particularly as we were traveling with our children.
In addition to the odor, the vehicle felt unsafe to operate. The steering wheel was unusually stiff and appeared to move unpredictably while driving on the highway. This raised serious safety concerns.
Overall, we are very disappointed with this experience. Based on its condition, this vehicle should not be offered for rental.
Once again thank you for your feedback. The vehicle has had an multipoint vehicle inspection since then and everything checked out fine. Sorry the vehicle wasn't to your liking. Take care and safe travels.
