Car was Great and clean really enjoyed had no issues. just wouldn’t recommend for 24 hour trip due to if you don’t have charge port near your home if takes up to 4-5 hours to charge and the charge you do get to get before dropping off doesn’t hold much by the time you drop it back off it’s back low again for the 2 hours I was able to charge it in the morning. But I would still rent again if it was for multiple days and I had enough time in between to allow the charge. Overall great host and location was easy to find. Thanks Tyler for communication and great service

Smooth pickup, clean car but limited charging options. Brakes also grinding a little; host was notified and will address the issues.

Hi Starrissa, thank you for the detailed feedback! Glad the pickup and cleanliness met expectations. I personally inspected the brakes after your trip — all normal — but I'll monitor closely and get a full inspection done as an extra precaution. For future trips: the Volt includes a charging cord and can run in Hold mode on gasoline when charging isn't convenient. Happy to walk guests through this beforehand. Thanks again for helping me keep improving!
