Overall, we had a good experience! The car drove well, was great on gas, and pickup and drop-off were both easy and convenient. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the interior. The inside of the windshield was noticeably dirty, and there were crumbs and debris under the seats. Aside from that, the car worked well for our trip and got us everywhere we needed to go!
