The car is in great condition, and the host was very responsive

He didnt arrive on time.
There was a misunderstanding regarding the return location and timing.
I had previously offered to pick up the vehicle from the guest’s hotel, which caused some confusion during the return process.
I also waited nearly an hour during pickup for the guest, so I always tried my best to accommodate the schedule.
Thankfully everything was resolved safely in the end. Wishing you all the best.

The trip started with a hiccup and since the host had never responded to my message from the day earlier, I had my doubts that it would be going forward at all. When I arrived at the address, neither the host nor the car was there. The car, it turns out was at an autobody shop and the host didn't sound confident it was ready to go when I did get a hold of him by phone at the time of the scheduled pickup. It seemed dicey but the shop wasn't too far away and once we managed to track down a key for it (which was not where host told me to look), I did get on my way a little late but it worked out. The car is nice, and the host was able to answer questions for me regarding some of the fancy new tech in it that I'm not used to. The host isn't responding to messages again regarding drop off, but I think somehow that'll be fine. I left the key where he told me to look for it the first time and sent him a picture.
I would have liked better communication and preparedness for the pickup and drop off, but over all the experience worked out and I would do it again.
