Host was late bringing me the car by about 30 minutes. I had somewhere to be so it was inconvenient to have to stand around waiting in the parking garage after a long flight. Communication was always initiated by me and I had to remind them to accept my DL photo so I could drive the car as i was landing in the terminal. Once I got the car, it was pulling to the the left and definitely made me worry about possible front axle problems or alignment issues so I didn't use it at all once I got to my destination. It was a very disappointing experience and has made me question ever using Turo again.

Car drove great! The passenger side front seatbelt locked within a few hours of driving it, we were not able to resolve the issue with Mazen during our trip, so the second person had to ride in the back which was not ideal. It’s good to note that the car is in kilometers with a smaller circle inside the odometer with mph. Overall a great drive minus the seatbelt issue.

Vehicle ran great, cooled well, and was reasonably fuel efficient. Pickup instructions were clear and easy. Would rent again!
