Unfortunately, the vehicle was only in fair condition. It had 142,000 miles; there were small dents and scrapes all over the vehicle when we picked it up. The tires were cheap, no-brand tires. The minute we both sat down, we could smell BO. In order to leave the parking lot where it was left, we had to pay $34.00, and we hadn't yet picked up the car. This is on top of a ghosted $120.00 destination charge. It became apparent that this host has multiple cars for rent. When we returned the vehicle, we could not enter the so-called free Turo section because the host didn't have the required sticker. The rental was not a value, as the cost was almost identical to simply renting a car at the airport. We've used Turo 5-6 times, but from now on we will avoid Hosts who rent multiple vehicles. Unless there is significant savings, it's too much of a hassle to use Turo at Boston's Logan Airport.
