I had a great experience renting from Wissam this past Sunday. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and drove perfectly. Everything went smoothly, and the overall experience was great. I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great car on Turo!

Great host. Booked this trip last minute after another Turo host cancelled 6 hours before my trip started. Communication was good and attentive as well as being informative if I had any questions. I came during a Nor'easter and it did very well during the rain and storm. I would say the wipers might need changing as they squeaked alot while being in use. Only real issue I had was when returning the car to the Ride Share Turo lot the attendant notified me that the transponder sticker on the wind shield was on the wrong side of the window and that's why the gate didn't open and I had cars honking at me since I was holding up the line. Hopefully that gets fixed in the future.

The host on this trip was amazing! At the last minute, my flight was canceled and I had to rebook into a different airport about 50 miles away. I called him in a bit of a panic, thinking I was going to lose my rental too, but he immediately worked with me and was incredibly flexible. To make things even more complicated, my new flight ended up being delayed four hours and I didn’t arrive until around 2 a.m., and he still made sure everything worked out.
Throughout the entire rental, he was incredibly quick to respond to my texts, and I never once felt like I was left hanging or trying to figure things out on my own. That kind of customer service is hard to find.
Anytime I’m back in the area, I’ll be renting from him again. He definitely earned a lifelong customer!
