Car was very clean and drove satisfactorily. Location is fine. The car was as expected. Remember to tKe the pictures of the outside as instructed as there were a few dents. These lock boxes are confusing for me, but this is only 2nd time using one. It unlocked when I put the code in, but I didn’t realize this as it dis not physically open. My thanks to Mazan and his team!

Car was clean and easy to locate/pickup. Mazen was also pretty responsive. Mazen did change the car we had booked on the day our journey was set to begin, going from an SUV to Sedan for the same price.

The car itself was great—no complaints there! Just make sure you have a USB cord so you can access the car’s sound system. The problems with my experience stem purely from the pick up location at Boston Logan. This car is not equipped with the transponder needed to access Turo parking, and the host tried to pass the associated $37 fee on to me, which is expressly against Turo’s Boston Logan airport policy. I had to message with Turo support to get that refunded, as the host would not concede to following the policy. It was also incredibly difficult to get out of the garage without the transponder—I had to go through a very narrow passage that I’m sure I wasn’t supposed to in order to access the exit. Keys were also left in the cup holder rather than a lockbox or remote entry which felt a little sketchy. It was a fine experience otherwise, I just would not recommend picking up this car from the airport.
