Pick up was a disaster leaving the lot.

Car was excellent, clean, in great condition.
Low mileage, almost like new.
Communications with host good, no difficulty finding car.
(Just a small rear fender damage from a previous client when we picked it up.)

Service was disappointing to say the least. They indicated the car was in the Turo section of the lot hours before we arrived to pickup, but once we got to the lot the car was nowhere to be found. It took over 3 messages and 5-6 calls to get a hold of someone at the company to locate the car as the driver was late and didn’t park in the indicated section.
I was also informed after the trip had begun that we were responsible for the toll fees while using the car—even though the toll pass is included in the rental as a “convenience.” I recommend clearly stating in the rental agreement that the customer is responsible for all fees to avoid this confusion in the future.
