The communication from the owner was really good. Messaging back and forth in the build up to the trip. We had asked if there was Sat Nav and a radio which we were told yes. This was not the case. No Sat nav in the car and the satellite radio barely worked during our trip. Yes it is an old car, but the paint job is poor with many scratches.

We had an issue at the end of the trip when we couldn't open the lockbox to return the key. We contacted Turo who in turn contacted the owner. He was speedy in calling us back and assisting us with ending the trip. So with that being said, Good trip with the car and fantastic communication

Cars exterior is in bad repair. There are dents in the hood scratches and chipped paint throughout the whole vehicle that are not shown in the listing. I was driving this to a class reunion and wanted to look good upon arriving that did not happen. on top of that Every time you hit a bump in the road the front left tire makes noises and rattles like it’s going to come off the car then the car darts to the left or right side immediately upon hearing that noise. then in the back right rear interior of the car all the time there is a rattling noise further more the front door speakers were blown And you couldn’t listen to the radio above a conversational volume or you would just hear constant rattling then anytime you’re at a stop or the engine is at idle There is a loud whistling noise that comes from the engine bay. It’s almost ear piercing then yet another rattle inside the car from in front of the steering wheel inside the dash whenever idling Frankly, I would not rent this vehicle again I’ve rented many convertible mustangs. They are my preferred vehicle when traveling, but this was the worst by far not even the seat where in working order they are supposed to have cooling but we had both the driver and passenger seat sent to maximum cooling the entire trip and not once did it work which really sucked driving around in the sun with the top down. Being 3000 miles from home and arriving here in the rain I didn’t have time or the amenities to get a different vehicle upon arrival. I just figured I would deal with it but considering my trip had a fair amount of highway traveling this absolutely sucked. I’m surprised the car didn’t literally disassemble and fall apart on the road Constant rattling for a 6 hour long drive is enough to drive a man crazy.

The quality was good, But when It's running It's body made a little noise, Then this was great .

Absolutely amazing host! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and friendliness. Communication was quick and clear, and the pickup/drop-off process was super easy. The Mustang was in excellent condition — clean, powerful, and a joy to drive — but what really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful the host was. Truly one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend renting from them!
