The good; the car was ready for us at the airport when we arrived. The host Daniel was responsive to messages and the check in process was fast and easy. The car was mostly clean inside and out.
The bad; the car was giving warnings of slick road/uneven surfaces and made a alarm bell noise about every 30 seconds. It was very annoying and every time we went anywhere we could not wait to get out of the car and away from the constant dinging. The host said he was aware of it and thought it was fixed and apologized because it was a quick turnaround from the prior rental but there is no way the person who dropped the car off wouldn't have noticed it. If given a warning about it or a choice I probably would have found something else. I understand things happen but I would have appreciated more than just, whoops- sorry.
The tank wasn't all the way full. It was missing enough that the gage wasn't at full, so maybe 7/8th, it was probably from delivering it but was still noticeable.
The a/c never quite cooled the car down. It was 110 most of our visit so perhaps that's the issue . I drive a Kia at home and my a/c can freeze me out but it also doesnt get to 110 in our area so its hard for me to say for sure if it was the cars issue or the heat.
This was our first time renting through Turo but we used to rent our SVU out through Turo ,so we know the ins and outs of turning your car over to someone and were disappointed with what we got. If the car didnt have the beeping the other things were minor and we probably would have rated higher.
I guess my conclusion would be to follow up that this issue was resolved before renting because he knew about it and still turned over that way and we paid full price for a car that was not up to full standards.

The host was so nice, and was very quick at responding. And I totally understand that things happen, everyone is human. We got this car for a day trip to Vegas from Queen Creek, AZ. We made it to Kingman, AZ and the AC stopped blowing cold. We communicated with Daniel and he said we could turn around and have him refund us. Unfortunately that wasn’t an option as we had to be in Vegas by a certain time. We had to drive there and back in the Arizona heat with no AC. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AMAZING! This car is fast, it’s got great gas mileage. The sound system was amazing. The seats have a cooling setting too! I know things happen that are out of our control, and I don’t blame Daniel. But man was it hot 😅
