The owner is very good, very responsive and helpful. But this vehicle was a nightmare. The right arm rest was missing. I had no idea until I was driving and went to lift my arm up and was cut on the back of my arm by a metal bar that was meant to hold the arm rest. It would come down by itself so I’d scratch myself consecutively. Then I picked the car up at 4am driving with the ac on. At around 10am the tire goes flat. I pull off to the side and get a tow (paid $200). It began to get hot so I turn the ac up and there’s no ac. It’s blowing hot air. I’m in the middle of knowhere it’s 100 degrees and no ac. I rolled down the windows and hoped cars pass by so I could get a little breeze good thing a patrol officer came by and gave me water and stayed with me until the tow came 3 hrs later. Now the owner as stated was very good I thank him for his help. He paid for the tire replacement I had to get a tire from another shop because the tires aren’t a normal size . The next day the tire goes flat again and they fixed it for free but stated the tire is going flat because the tires are small and the heat is causing the valve to burn the inner tube flattening the tire. I had the car for about a week and everyday I drove 20 min to work and arrived uniform sweaty due to no ac and went home the same. there were no other rentals available in the area so I was stuck with the car. Again the owner was very helpful and responsive but this car was a headache and almost heat stroke for me.
