Super easy, great car, great gas mileage (averaged 41 mpg at ~400 miles), and really convenient to drop off and pick up with the lockbox. Definitely recommend.

The car has been nice and overall the trip has gone well. There were two things that could have gone better.
1) Listing Not Matching Actual Vehicle: The listing has this vehicle listed as a XLE trim which I wanted to rent as I am considering purchasing one. This vehicle is actually a LE trim.
2) The cigarette lighter where I plugged in my phone charger didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone.
We will review and correct the listing details to help prevent this from happening again. We appreciate your feedback and understanding. Thank you so much!
