The car worked well and pickup was convenient, but the exterior condition, CarPlay issue, and unclear return instructions keep it from being a five-star rental.

Car was as advertised. We chose to pick up the car at the location would not do that again. It was after 10 pm, and location was in a neighborhood behind residential area with poor lighting
