The car was very clean and drove smooth. The pickup was very easy as well. The owner made the experience very easy.

Car was wonderful. The host was attentive and helpful. But it was impossible to connect to the Turo server to check in and out. The app is hard to use. I spent hours trying. In addition, O was unaware of the distance the car was from the airport. I chose this method because wanted to save money. But Inlearned after paying up front that delivery of the car to the airport would cost as much as cab fare to and from the car when picking up and dropping off. The customer service folks were helpful, though their accents were so heavy I had a hard time understanding them - especially with external airport noose surrounding me. The two-part verification process that didn’t work complicated everything even more. In their defense, It may haves worked better if I had booked from home. Don’t do it at the airport!

It was okay considering you have to paid extra to get the closer airport. Alway the inside widows need a good cleaning cause at night it was really bad to see out with glared of the other car

clean car, brakes could be a little squeaky at times. bluetooth connection making a static noise. I had to buy an aux cord for clearer sound and a phone mount since there isn’t a navigation screen. But all in all decent ride. The host was very responsive and accommodating when I needed to make changes to my pickup and droppff times.
