The vehicle was in great condition for its age. The A/C worked great in Texas heat, the interior was clean, and there were no unpleasant odors. The pickup location was convenient and felt safe—parked on a quiet residential street with no traffic issues.
The host was excellent, providing prompt and clear communication throughout the process. Expectations were communicated upfront, everything was exactly as described, and there were no surprises or hidden issues. Overall, a smooth and professional rental experience. Would gladly rent again.
