Phillip was very communicative and helpful, the instructions were spot on, and the car was comfortable. My reason for 4 stars is I needed an air compressor for one of the tires and there wasn’t one in the trunk, but I’m still a big fan of this app and service.

Car was great, no issues and was well maintained. The ease of pickup and drop off were great. We had no issues and the host was responsive and easily available. My only minor complaint was the car had been parked at the airport for 2 days prior to our pickup time and I didn’t feel it was fair that the parking costs were my responsibility. I was aware there would be parking costs, but not 2 days worth. Not a huge deal, still worth 5 stars. Just be aware that parking costs may be higher than expected.
