Car was exactly as described. Somewhat of a maze to find car from airport, but accurate directions are provided by the owner. Excellent communication with owner throughout rental. There is a $16 parking fee when picking up from airport, which is disclosed after reservation per Turo policy. Highly recommended.

Amazing host! The communication was more than any other experience I’ve had on Turo. The photos he included with step by step instructions on how to navigate O’Hare made allll the difference. I’ll be a repeat customer every time I come to Chicago!!

Car drives perfect. I encountered some rain and felt very safe driving the vehicle. Pickup location was convenient and communication with host was seamless. Would definitely rent from Eric again if I’m ever back in town!
