AMR provided a clean, reliable vehicle with convenient pick up and drop off locations. My only complaint was that they parked the car in Overnight Airport parking and we paid for that parking. To be clear, the location was very convenient, I just think the customer experience would improve slightly if that were priced into the rental and then maybe cash was left to cover it in the vehicle
