Pick up went smoothly, Ahmed checked in several times to make sure all was well. His responses were quick and to the point. When roof shingles fell on the top of the parked rental car during our stay, he was immediately responsive, ready to give us another car, helpful in our working out the insurance questions to cover the damage and in advising us during the process. Though this unexpected event was unfortunate, he helped us move through it smoothly. We would definitely book with him again.
