The car looked just as pictured and host gave clear instructions for the pick up process. The car was clean and gas tank full when I picked it up. The brakes were a little jerky but worked, and there were some issues getting phones to synch up with the car to get sound navigation to work (you might have to keep unplugging your phone then plugging it back in when the issues come up).
