The car for sure shows it's age. It has a denta and quite a few cosmetic issues on it but it for sure did the job. Great value especially for the price. Jacob's communication could be better. Sent a message a few days before the trip started but I got no reply. I had to message them via SMS to get a reply. Commutation improve the day before and the day off and the day we return the car. Again great value for the price compared to other cars.

Was scheduled to get car at PDX Airport at 6am. Had to message the host both through the Turo app & his phone #. Didn't receive where the car was parked until 6:18am. Got to the car to find it dirty, definitely has not been vacuum or even wiped down on the inside. Food, debris, dust, hair, rocks, gunk on the floor mats (on top & under) cup holders, backseat floor, gear shift etc. The trunk lining was hanging and part of it was just laying in the trunk. Damage to the rear bumper that was "repaired" guessing at home, as well as a large (rusted) dent in the frame of the car roof near the rear seat on the drivers side. Dings & scratches everywhere. Once inside i found out the radio did not work. This is a big NO go for me as music is my way of calming my adhd & anxiety. I contacted that host again asking about the radio. He questioned me on if I had the car running....duh. He then had me drive the car to a repair shop 15+ mintues away, to then find out they were closed. Had to pay $24.00 to get out of the parking garage!! Then sent me to a 2nd repair place another 15+ minutes away that looked and confirmed that the radio was not working. Had to take it to a 3rd shop where he then refused to pay for them to fix it. At this point I had enough and drove the car back to the airport and left it there. I had the car for 4 hours running all over town trying to fix his problem. I asked him for a full refund as of 10:20am. Gave him until 6pm to do that, which he did not do. Thank GOD Turo's customer service took care of it for me and issued me a full refund, excluding the $24.00 for parking and 4 hours of my life i will never get back. I guess I should have known something wasn't right when there was such poor photos on the listing. Renters beware!
