The car is very beat up, we received it with low tire pressure, and had to pay a $30 fee to get out of the airport parking lot in addition to the $45 we paid to have it delivered there. We were told we would get it reimbursed, but it has not come through. Communication is limited, where we asked questions, and only got brief responses when we were about to return the car. Disappointing.
