I believe this is a company not a regular host. Which makes communication hard because you truly dont know who you're speaking with. My main issue is the host or employee tried to to pick up the vehicle a whole day early, I guess she misread the reservation. Then the pick-up was Monday at 11:00 am and the vehicle didnt get picked up until today around 4:30pm. We have limited parking where I live but they were in no hurry to pick up the vehicle.

Picking up in an empty parking lot was a little strange, function of the car was sound but there was visible exterior damage that I documented at pickup. Otherwise good car.
