Always smooth sails when booking 👍🏾

Some of the things I had an issue with is a mix of the owner of the car and just the car manufacturer itself. First, the headlights are so dim I had to depend on the street lights to keep me and my passengers safe and not endanger drivers with using the high beam lights. Second, the air bag light is on. I did mention this to Tim and he said it’s just the sensor but he should have given proof of the car being made clear as safe to drive even though the air bag light is on; it was literally last minute and I needed a car but I felt unsafe the whole time. Third, on my way home on the highway from my trip the oil change and tire maintenance notice comes on which made me feel less safe than I already did. I’m happy to have made it home safe, but this car is a huge risk and needs to be worked on.

Some issues with the car the headlights are absolutely horrible , they are so dim if you don’t drive with the high beems on you cannot see anything , also windshield whippers are not good at all. I read reviews and even asked if issue with head lights and wipers were fixed he said they were but they definitely were not , however the car drove smooth and the host is always pleasant . Love renting from him just won’t be renting this vehicle again

Car was not suitable for rental. Giving two stars only because the owner was nice. Listen to the review about the guy with the low tire though.
1. I come to pick up the car. It’s dirty with a low tire. They ask if I’m in a hurry so they can clean it and air up the tire. I say no and let them do a 5 minute clean of the car. (Still smelled bad but I just bought air freshener which helped slightly with the smell) He messaged me to let me know afterwards that I am welcome to get a free cleaning elsewhere if I need to. I’m here for work. That’s not my job.
2. It rains quite often here. The windshield wipers were in bad condition and splitting so they couldn’t even push the water off the windshield making it hard to see. Let him know and he offered to reimburse me if I bought some. Again, not my job.
3. You cannot drive this car at night. When my husband and I went to dinner he didn’t believe me when I told him the headlights were on because they do not illuminate ANYTHING. Very unsafe!
4. I had to drive very late one night due to work. Roaches started coming out of the floorboards and dash. I had seen small spiders and things in the car the whole time but this was too far for me. When I told the owner he said I should’ve seen them before. Roaches come out at night and I physically couldn’t drive it at night due to the headlights. That’s why I hadn’t noticed them until about a week after driving.
