I apologize that your trip wasn’t perfect, but the car was cleaned when you picked it up, and you claimed there were several other issues with the car, which there weren’t. I had offered to clean the car a bit more for you if needed and put the plastic piece back, but you declined without giving me a chance to make it right for you. Instead, you wanted to make several complaints that were blown out of proportion.
