The host said he'd refund the $21.00 parking fee. Still waiting for credit.
Everyone pays the fee for the parking. You rented a Honda accord for a great price and complaining about $21. We have people renting rolls Royce and Lamborghinis from us and leave tips too . We are trying to get out of the cheaper end vehicles we have , most of our negative reviews comes from the cheap vehicles we offer . That’s ridiculous.

Pickup and drop off location was tricky. I wish we could have just met outside of the terminal.
Everyone picks up the car from the garage and drops off at the garage. If you rented our rollsroyce or Ferrari we can make special arrangements because they pay $1000 a day or more. but unfortunately we don’t make barely any money of a Honda that you payed $40 a day to give you special treatment
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
