The car was fine, and my experience was overall fine. The only thing that wasn’t great was that I booked a Mini Cooper and ended up with a Nissan Sentra. I only found out that I couldn’t have the Mini the day of my travel, so it was too late for me to try to figure something else out. And I paid $400, which I was willing to do for a fun little car, but I didn’t get any discount to switch to the other car. I don’t think I would have spent $400 for a Nissan Sentra in another situation.
Antonio was polite and responsive, but I did feel a little less than satisfied with the whole transaction once I thought it through.

Great experience. The car was spotless and drove perfectly. It was my first time using the app and I was a little nervous, but Antonio was incredibly responsive and made pick-up/drop-off seamless. Highly recommend!
