All of our vehicles are refueled after each trip; however, since you requested delivery, a small amount of fuel (approximately $2 worth) was used to bring the car to you. As mentioned in our message, you’re welcome to request a $2 refund for this.
Regarding the seat covers, we appreciate you pointing that out. We identified that one of the elastic straps on the back seat cover had come loose, and this has been fixed!
