Car Stank Like Weed, Tobacco and Piss, Drove Terrible, Speed Ohmmeter read 2 Mph when parked and 7 Mph when doing 30 Mph. Instrument panel kept going off beeping without cause, Car vibrated like it was unsafe when accelerating. Returned to pickup area after an hour. The Host "Dylan" didn't respond to my concerns until 8:22am the next day. Turo said, "If you drive the car for an hour" at that point it's up to the Host whether or not they choose to issue a refund and Dylan did nothing except to say you drove it for an hour "Too Bad". No Refund for You, One has to have a since of humor, what a Horrible Experience.

Thanks for the review, though it doesn’t match what actually happened. The car was in good condition at pickup with no reported issues from prior guests. If it was really undriveable and smelled that bad, why drive it for a full hour before returning — and why wait until the very end to raise it? That timeline doesn’t hold up. I responded within Turo’s standard window, and per Turo’s own policy, refund decisions after extended use are at the host’s discretion.
It fit my needs.
