Host responded quickly to messages and was easy to locate the vehicle. The vehicle though has some age to it. Sun damage on the hood, small crack in the windshield. Marks and scrapes on the front bumper. The cloth seats are stained. The steering wheel is starting to peel. Mechanically I had no issues. Cosmetically could use some work. Overall did what I needed to do from it

The vehicle itself is adorable and it got me from point A to point B as I needed. Yet it was given to me in terrible condition. First, the car was filthy. Was not washed or vacuumed at all. The vehicle has paint chipping on the exterior, a crack in the windshield, the driver’s side door could not stay open on its own, the tint on the windows was ripped and bubbled. That caused distortion of view on the driver’s side. The key fob did not work properly, so the car could only be locked and unlocked manually. On top of all that, the vehicle then alerted that it was in need of an oil change the last week of my trip. All of this was just disappointing to have paid for a vehicle like this. If I was not pressed for time and in the current situation I am in, I would have never accepted the vehicle. It is in no condition to be used for professional renting. It felt like borrowing a friend’s car. Any vehicle I have ever rented prior to this has always been in perfect condition. Positively, the vehicle is fuel efficient, cute, and got me where I needed to go.
Thank you for your feedback. Since your trip, we’ve removed the window tint and the car is currently in the body shop for paint work. The small windshield chip is being monitored as it’s not a safety concern. We’re committed to improving the condition of our vehicles and appreciate you noting the positives as well.
