Overall the car was decent but started making noises so I returned the car before the end of my trip, so they could get it fixed. A nice Turo host very understanding and concerned for my safety worked with me to bring back the car something’s are out of everybody’s control. But wasn’t able to get into another car so the only downside.

We reviewed your trip and found the vehicle was delivered 2 hours early and completed 227 miles over 9+ hours without any reported issue affecting its operation. When you raised a concern, we offered an early return option, which was declined. After pickup, we inspected and drove the vehicle with no issues found. It was then rented again the next day and performed normally with a 5-star rating. We appreciate your business and wish you safe travels ahead.
