Car smelt terrible the entire trip and the check engine light came on not even 24 hrs after renting

Pickup was easy but condition of car not so great. Mechanical issue that interrupted my trip. Owner could have handled the situation better

The pickup location was very simple to find and pickup was very easy! Car was an older model with normal issues but it ran so smoothly on the highway. I have rented from Lone Star Loaners several years ago and again now and would again! I recommend this company highly! When Budget rental screwed me with a rental Lone Star came through. Next time I will start with them. Thank you very much Lone Star! Without you guys my daughters birthday concert plans would've been a disaster!! 👍👍
