Trip was canceled due to delay with Turo customer service.
Than you. The delay was related to Turo’s security verification process for the temporary license. We stayed in contact with Turo throughout the process and the vehicle was made available with access provided. After the verification was completed, the trip was later shortened by the guest. We appreciate you, and are glad the vehicle itself met your expectations.
