My trip was phenomenal in Juan’s car! Great communication from start to finish, excellent customer service. I especially enjoyed the simplicity of the contactless check-in/out process. He uses the DroneMobile app to give you access to the car, which you’ll download onto your phone before the trip. It allows you to unlock/lock the car doors from your phone, which came in extremely handy because there was a terrible rain storm when I was picking up the car, so I never had to fumble with keys. The car was clean, smelled nice, and great on gas. My trip to Austin and back only required one fill up of $34 @ $3.09/gallon. I would rent from Juan again and again! Thank you!

No drivability issues were found, and the vehicle performed as expected. Minor idle fluctuations can occur depending on usage and conditions, without affecting normal operation.
We would have appreciated being told immediately so we could check and address it on the spot, rather than being unnecessarily penalized
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
