My trip was phenomenal in Juan’s car! Great communication from start to finish, excellent customer service. I especially enjoyed the simplicity of the contactless check-in/out process. He uses the DroneMobile app to give you access to the car, which you’ll download onto your phone before the trip. It allows you to unlock/lock the car doors from your phone, which came in extremely handy because there was a terrible rain storm when I was picking up the car, so I never had to fumble with keys. The car was clean, smelled nice, and great on gas. My trip to Austin and back only required one fill up of $34 @ $3.09/gallon. I would rent from Juan again and again! Thank you!
