Car sounded like it needed some light mechanical work (clicking noise) and better communication about where and how to turn the vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback, Brian. To clarify, there was no check engine light or clicking noise. The tire pressure was only slightly low after the vehicle sat overnight. Detailed return instructions were provided in the app, and I was available to help with any questions. I’m sorry the return process felt unclear, and I appreciate your feedback.

Clean car and drove great. Owner was early dropping off for my 7am drop off time which was awesome! Key fob just needs a new battery. Great experience otherwise
