The car wasn’t clean when we picked it up and it smelled weed but other than that the communication for the pick up, drop off and the general car were as described and no other issues.

The car was clean and our trip photos clearly prove that. Until Turo actually enforces the smoking policies it’s hard for hosts to control that. I don’t smoke. If any of my cars have any hint of smoke smell that was all from renters who choose to smoke in a vehicle with a no smoking sign right above the rear view mirror.
