Thanks for the great communication brought the car back early left you some water bottles in the car brand new just didn't use all of the case that we bought,everything else is clear of the vehicle

By far the worst car I've rented via Turo. Car was quite beat up (scratches, dents, cracked bumper) and also very dirty inside. The car smelled like crappy air freshener over cigarettes and there were questionable stains all throughout. The windows had all sorts of smudges and marks, and it looked like someone had thrown up in the back... To top it off the car had a horrible wheel bearing noise while driving that was extremely annoying both audibly and vibrating the cabin. Overall a very disappointing experience. On a positive note the host was responsive and kind with his messages.

Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised to read these comments, as the vehicle’s condition was documented with pre-trip photos and no concerns were raised at any point during the six-day rental. Had any issue been reported while the trip was active, I would have done everything possible to address it. I appreciate your acknowledgment of my responsiveness and remain committed to providing clean, dependable, budget-friendly transportation for future guests

This car should not have been okayed to be on the road. The hood continued to pop up while we were on the highway and we had to keep pulling over. The hood latch was so rusted it would not keep it closed. Very dangerous situation for us on the highway. We ended up letting Turo tow this car and we got another car.
