Tranny is slipping but over all it was a nice car great on gas
This review seems to reflect unfamiliarity with how Smart vehicles operate. They use an automated manual transmission, which shifts differently than a traditional automatic and can feel unusual to drivers who haven’t experienced it before. This is normal operation and was explained prior to the trip. The vehicle is well maintained and was thoroughly cleaned before pickup, including the interior and WeatherTech mats.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
