Was a very smooth pick up and drop off. Only complaint was the key fob didn’t work all the time. Other than that it was perfect!

The key fob was working at the beginning of the trip, so it appears the battery died during your rental. The vehicle stays booked frequently, so the battery was likely simply due for replacement.
