While I appreciate you rated the car itself 5 stars, I have to address the context of this review. Out of the last 100 host trips, all other guests have appreciated the communication; meant to ensure a seamless experience aiding in top tier experiences. With communication where instructions are completely ignored (such as wedging a lockbox into soft-top fabric instead of the window) forces us to intervene. Clear messages are intended to protect against misuse which you decided to ignore.
This was my first time booking on Turo and Topher did not disappoint! They had everything covered from the start of my trip on where to find the car to the end of my trip on final steps.
The cat itself was immaculate and fun to drive. We used the convertible often and the car handled well.
Anytime I had questions, and I will say I had several since this was my first time, Topher answered promptly and never made me feel like a bother. I would definitely use Turo and Topher again in the future!
