The car quality was top-notch! It was easy to drive and smooth on the road, with plenty of space and a spotless interior. The pickup location was super convenient to where I was staying. The host provided great instructions and excellent communication throughout!

I cancelled this reservation due to the previous guest not respecting my non‑smoking policy. The car had a strong odor of marijuana, even after running an ozone generator for 24 hours. In good conscience, I could not place another guest in a vehicle that was not clean. I immediately reported the issue to Turo&paused the vehicle to prevent additional bookings. I am unsure how this reservation was able to go through while the vehicle was paused. I offered to swap but the guest refused.
