I loved hosting you and your family.
I did have 2 prior guests smoke heavily in the vehicle and I have been actively working very hard to have the smell removed. Your booking was just after theirs so I didn't have thetime needed to treat the vehicle the number of times required to get that smell completely out. Typically I would swap you outinto another vehicle, but they wereall booked out because of the seasonal demand. I will work very hard to improve in this area. Thank you for it.
