Felix is not someone you want to rent a car from. I paid a premium price to rent through turo and through Felix because I was flying in late at night alone into a city... I put in my flight number so he could keep track of things as the app notes.. my flight was delayed and there's nothing I can do about that.. as we all know we can't control much when traveling by air. So yes I was later than my scheduled time. BUT. rather than be helpful, and see that I'm getting in extremely late, a woman alone in a big city... Felix threatened that he was going to bed, he was not waiting for me, yet wouldn't confirm that he was canceling so I can make other plans...though turo was helpful with their customer service. I will never use turo again and I would highly suggest not renting from Felix... The car was nice. The car was fine.. it is not worth being threatened to be stranded in the middle of the night.. I originally was not going to leave this terrible message. I was just going to leave this alone.. but I received a message from Felix today asking for five stars. No
